Requesting a settlement

Open the support widget
You can request a settlement by pressing the “Support” button in the lower left corner of the page in our dashboard.

Request a settlement
Press the “Settlement request” option.

Specify how you want to be settled
In your request, please specify:
- The wallets you wish to be settled; and
- The amount from each wallet that you wish to be settled.
- If you are being settled in a foreign currency, our treasury team will contact you via the ticket raised with the exchange rates.

Wait for the funds
Once agreed, the funds will be settled to the bank account you specified during your initial account setup.
