Providers in our Merchant API refer to the specific Mobile Money Operators (MMOs) that are available through our platform. They are a mandatory part of the accountDetails for both Deposits and Payouts. This ensures the payment is routed to the correct provider. You can always check which providers are available on your account from the active configuration endpoint. You can use the predict provider endpoint to predict the provider for a phone number (MSISDN). The number of decimal places that can be specified for the amount of the payment varies between different providers. You can use the active configuration endpoint to dynamically fetch whether decimals are supported by the provider.
